Sports Performance Nutrition only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the product ordered did not arrive sealed as per Ucan’s packaging standards. In the event that the product is received and is not sealed as per Ucan's packaging standards the customer is entitled to a full refund/exchange plus any shipping expenses he/she may incur as part of the return/exchange process.

All orders that are received via internet are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends.

Orders are shipped through CanadaPost. The service most often used is expedited parcel through CanadaPost.

Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances that are out of Sport Performance Nutrition’s control, all packages are expected to arrive in one (1) to twenty-five (25) business days.

Sports Performance Nutrition is not responsible for any transit delays that are out of Sports Performance Nutrition control.

In the event that a customer does not pick up a package after being left a delivery notice by the shipping company and receiving email notice from Sports Performance Nutrition, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses involved in re-sending the item(s).

Orders over $100 until end of 2021 after discounts and before shipping and taxes are eligible for Sports Performance Nutrition 's free shipping offer.

The pre-order program is for customers to make purchases when an item is out of stock. A perk of the pre-order program is to purchase out of stock items during promotional campaigns. Smart Performance Nutrition regularly resupplies inventory every 2-3 weeks. Entire orders will be fulfilled and shipped when all items are in stock.
